Heartfelt Listening offers empathetic listening services as a space for individuals to be heard. We do not provide therapy, counseling, or coaching. Our services are for personal reflection and support through compassionate listening.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- Use our services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Not engage in inappropriate, abusive, or harmful behavior during sessions.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, we are not bound by therapist-client privilege since we do not provide therapy. We will never share your personal information unless:
- Required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
- You request or authorize us to share information.
- It is necessary to process payments or provide services (via secure third-party platforms).

4. Payment & Refunds
- Payments: All services must be paid for in advance via our website or an approved payment processor.
- Refunds: Refer to our [Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy](#) for refund eligibility and procedures.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without a fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $50 rescheduling fee (credited toward a future session).
- No-shows will not be refunded.
6. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful space, users must:
- Engage in sessions with honesty and respect.
- Avoid offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.
- Not misuse services for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a user violates these guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heartfelt Listening is designed for supportive listening and does not replace professional mental health services. By using our services, you agree that:
- We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on our sessions.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Modifications to Services & Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
