Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Heartfelt Listening, our goal is to create a meaningful, heart-centered space where you feel truly heard. We are committed to your satisfaction, and if your experience does not meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you notify us via email within 24 hours after your session and feel that the call did not provide the support you expected, we offer the following options:

  • A complimentary one-hour follow-up call with Trenton Bahr.

  • A prorated adjustment to your monthly contract for remaining sessions.

  • An opportunity to work with a different listener if available.

Your experience matters to us, and we will work to ensure that you feel heard and valued.

2. Refund Policy for Listening Sessions

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule your session at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session: A $50 rescheduling fee may apply, which can be credited toward a future purchase.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refunds will be issued, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.

If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Refund Policy for Packages & Subscriptions

If you purchase a package or subscription of listening sessions, the following policies apply:

  • Unused sessions: Refer to Policy One and our 24-hour notification policy.

  • Partially used packages: 24 hour notification after your last sessions. If you have already used some of the sessions in a package, refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions at the standard single-session rate.

  • Subscription plans: If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel anytime. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the next cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund or Guarantee Claim
